Hey friends. We’re rolling out electronic order signing. That means I will not sign orders that do not meet the court’s requirements. I can’t just interlineate the same error for the 10,000th time in your form anymore. You have to fix it and refile.

The upgrade seems be going well. 🤞🤞🤞 Please keep in mind that, even if everything goes perfectly, the clerks will have a backlog so it will take a few days to get completely caught up again.
Dallas county lawyers: The court management software system will be updated over the weekend. No filings will be processed after 1:30pm Friday until the system comes back up on Monday. You can still efile, it just won’t be processed or accepted until next week.
