It happened! A student was exploring a bat specimen at the science station in our #schoollibrary and said she was going to check out books on bats because she wants to know more. I love it when hands-on activity exploration leads a student to books!

Shared Jabari Jumps by Gaia Cornwall with @noveleffect. A class was so into it, story ended with clapping and cheering. Day made by 9am.

Found this Valentine mailbox at Walmart. A little bit of vinyl transforms it into an inexpensive library suggestion box. Excited to see what amazing ideas readers have for our library!
