I just got a call from my dad.
He got into a mishap at his job involving his finger, and he has to get it stitched up. He did mention that he will be home, though.
Despite me and my dad's complicated relationship, I just hope he's okay 🤞

I woke up earlier this morning to visit the program with my dad, and as we got there, I was told I couldn't join because I live outside of the city they serve, but they did suggest another day program that's closer to where I live.

I got an automated text message from them on my mom's phone saying that I have 4 prescriptions to pick up. I'm genuinely hoping it's just 4 bottles of ibuprofen because I need it for headaches (That is the only medication I'll ever take).

Y'know, I used to really love the weekends when I was younger because that meant that I could sleep in, not have to go to school, etc.
But now? As an adult, I kinda hate them because that means the places that I deem important aren't open on those days, and there's nothing much for me to do.
