E. Low interest rate. In the current EU environment, there is no reason to expect a higher interest rate. Food and energy inflation is high, but that is to be expected with de-growth policies like literally (!) pouring concrete in Dutch natural gas wells without higher investments in alternatives.

B) Domestic credit not aimed at financing asset purchases but GDP transactions has to increase. Particularly, direct investments or purchases that lead to investments by companies. Currently, this is happening in the military production sector. It could have happened with medical devices or ....

The question is how this had to be financed.

1) Jobs (not Italy but Spain and Greece) were pre-2009 financed by projects ultimately funded by large current account deficits and, hence, international debt (reckless capital). The creditors (like my pension fund) should have written down debt.

About this:
A) Austerity led to HUGE declines in participation and employment
B) These people could have worked, increasing GDP and taxes -> lowering deficits and debt
C) Employment in Greece is STILL lower
D) This also led to the permanent shrinking of Greece. Outmigration. They won´t come back.
