Here's a mini-comic I made for bluesky to help folks get started:
A post it board with a sign that says "WHO". In the signage is an octopus mermaid with a squid for a head head waving at the camera, he says: "Hi I'm Chico D. Mar The merman has his human arms crossed behind his back and three of his tentacles are pointing now at a comic panel. "I draw a webcomic called Wet Frontier! It's all about merpeople in the wild west." The post it board asks "WHERE" In the board we see a drawing of an abstract planet of water split into 3 layers. The top layer has an ice castle fenced by cactus rocks. In the middle is a watery landscape of ruins with a volcano down the middle. In the bottom is a cave system of glowing light. Some islands can be seen hovering in the space besides the planet. The outlines of monsters hover about the outer rim. There is text that reads "Welcome to Logue! The land of beginnings and endings!" The post it board asks "Why and how" The squid man is to the left and shrugs all his tentacles and he says, "I have no idea" A mermaid appears to the right and says "The answer is fish"

This is absolutely incredible! Catriona looks so adorable and alive! Singing a song with all of her heart!

I've been a huge fan of Moss' work for years. I cannot recommend him more! You'll never find someone else who could take an OC and make them live in a still medium.

Cookie turns away from the bar in disgust, while Catriona still looks on, giving an angry huff. Lucy is being slapped upside the head by her imaginary visages of Stuckman and his sister. Cookie: “Bah. We have bigger problems than that ass, and his attractive nose.” Lucy: “Yeah! Him and those barrels back there can eat sand!” All: “….” Lucy and Cookie suddenly jump back towards the hotdog statue and sandwich into Catriona with a loud “BONK”. We get a close up of their faces, and they are looking very angry. All: “That bottom feeder! Those are our barrels!” We get a close up of a stack of barrels in the back of the bar.

Why am I so against generative AI in games?

Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.

Ever since seeing Saoirse light that fire underwater Morag has become borderline obsessed with doing the same. Fiona doesnt judge her for it bu she does think its funny that Morag didnt think to test this before trying it out on date night.

my only webcomic marketing advice is to keep posting the same character over and over until people get annoyed enough to check out whatever they're from

If theres one thing to not do its annoy a woman who can light stuff on fire while underwater.
