Oldish piece I made for a tabletop strategy card game (in hiatus). It was/is called Dragonath, developed by an Argentinian couple, and it was a pretty cool project to work on. I hope they can actually bring it to life eventually.

A group of orc warriors dressed in loose outfits, fur and rough iron pieces, decorated with bones, metal bits and cyan face paint, carry their big weapons and banners, roaring in preparation for combat. In the foreground, a female orc with a scar across her eye wields a large sword, and on her left shoulder, a goblin-like creature points its finger to something outside of the camera. In the background, long yellow clouds partially cover the blueish sky.

I also took an excerpt from a text I'd written for this scene way before I thought of painting it 🔽

o A massive creature with multiple reddish, fleshy and bony limbs, flies above a crowd cheering on it. Its face is human-like, and small in comparison. Above its head sits a halo emitting several rays from its centre. Its wings are formed by an indefinite number of thin limbs. Most people in the crowd below are raising their arms in adoration, and some of them are missing parts of their body. The sky is bright orange with greenish, ominous clouds.
