is Affinity Studio as good as Photoshop for colouring comics? Does it reproduce colors well in CMYK print ?
My Adobe CS6 suite is broken and I have to find a new package, either sign up to Creative Cloud or Affinity.

This is why publishing kids books is so hard right now.
Elizabethtown High School students (PA) are tired of showing up to board meetings and being ignored, so they protested the cruel policies being enacted there. I hadn't realized that the board doesn't allow middle and high school libraries to buy new books now.

Crap. Our Adobe CS6 suite has just stopped working. We bought it on disk 14 years ago and it has worked fine until now (almost). Looks like we’re gonna have to get Creative Cloud now. Gah! 🙄😫😤

This year we completed a full-color 266 page graphic novel. Thousands of hours of work! We loved every minute of it! Next year is gonna be even busier. Wilomina: The Land of Dreams and Nightmares will be published by @scholasticuk.bsky.social in Aug 2026 & we’ll be working on the sequel. #KidLitUK
