Exactly. It’s not about policy or progress—it’s about punishment. The leaking boat becomes a weapon, not a warning. They’d rather sink with spite than swim with solidarity. And that kind of politics doesn’t build a future—it just burns the map.

No, Speaker Johnson: The No Kings Rally on October 18 is not a “hate America” rally. Quite the contrary. It’s a rally of millions of people who believe in American freedom and are not going to allow you and President Trump to turn us into an authoritarian country.

Vermont is filled with beauty.

Trump talks a lot about law and order, his actions tell a different story. His administration shut down or ignored over 160 investigations into corporate abuse, and he handed out pardons to people convicted of serious crimes—including his own allies and those involved in the Capitol attack.

For all the speeches and slogans, Republican leadership still hasn’t offered a real healthcare plan. Just one goal: dismantle Obamacare. No replacement. No roadmap. Just repeal and… silence.

And while they stay quiet, people wonder: what happens when politics matter more than people?

Here’s to the quiet heroes—the ones who speak up for us when we’re not in the room. Let’s carry that energy into the day: grounded in gratitude, fueled by kindness, and ready to make this Saturday count. You’ve got this. 🍁💪🏽

And people follow this man? It’s like watching folks line up for a leaky boat—then act surprised when it sinks.

"Why is self-control, autonomy, such a threat to authority? Because the person who controls himself, who is his own master, has no need for an authority to be his master. This, then, renders authority unemployed."

The traces left by the Ancients whisper of mystery, reverence, and wonder—etched into stone and soil with intention and awe.

Let our legacy be one of grace, not garbage. If we cannot leave beauty or sanctity behind, then let us leave nothing at all.

It’s not just a walk—it’s a reminder that even the smallest path can lead to something enchanted. Perfect for a Vermont morning, where every rustle of leaves feels like a whispered invitation to linger. 🍂✨

It’s not just about beauty. It’s about nourishment: for soil, for wildlife, for the soul. One tree, in one garden, can hold the memory of summer and the promise of spring—all while standing still in the golden hush of now.

Well… it’s a nice daydream—right up there with mud season ending early. Still have a mountain of sanding ahead and enough painting to test our partnership and our wrists. Pass the coffee. ☕🪵

Good morning from the land of maple and mist. Tom and I are elbow-deep in cabinet paint, turning the kitchen into something fresh and stubbornly charming like spring in mud season. It’s slow work, but satisfying, like watching Leo claim the warmest patch of sun.

That’s the heartbreak, isn’t it? Not just the policies or the power grabs but the quiet complicity. When outrage turns into apathy, the damage doesn’t just come from the top, it seeps in from the silence.

Long before hashtags and headlines, we were here—loving, living, resisting, and creating. LGBTQ+ people have always existed, woven into every culture, every era, every story worth telling. Our existence isn’t new. What’s new is the world finally learning to listen.

In a country founded on rebellion against tyranny, antifascism isn’t radical—it’s tradition. From the Boston Tea Party to Selma’s bridge, standing up to authoritarianism is woven into the American story.
