A new OMB memo lists programs *potentially* affected by Trump's (illegal) funding freeze. The list does nothing to dispel confusion, since it includes programs (SNAP, Head Start) that OMB now claims are unaffected. s3.documentcloud.org/documents/25...

The NIH is proposing a restructuring that would eliminate the NICHD in favor of handling all developmental funding under the National Institute for Disability. If you are a developmental scientist and find this shortsighted, as I do, you can write to [email protected] to voice your concern.
