Serious question. I am a lawyer and I don’t know why ICE agents are not being personally sued and bankrupted for their behavior. They do not have immunity for unconstitutional or illegal actions. Maybe losing their house will make them behave.

Amen. Charlie Kirk was a hate monger who spread division. He wanted Americans to hate each other.
No, Charlie Kirk wasn't practicing politics the right way.

His assassination deserves full condemnation writes @davidcorn.bsky.social, but his full impact should not be sidestepped. 👇

Trumps America.
How shameful
#GVerse #Outrageous - Police just arrested an 80-year-old #Veteran protesting #Shit4Brain’s parade at the Capitol after he “crossed a barrier.”

Police were caught on tape holding his walker instead of letting him use it.

He served this country.

This is shameful.

I have been a lawyer since 1989. I don’t understand how the “best and brightest” lawyers did not see this coming. Who would hire a law firm that was so ignorant of the law that they refused to fight to protect the themselves, when it was clear they would win. They look like weak losers.
