America was founded on the basic protection against unlawful imprisonment.

Due process is a fundamental right in our constitution.

Denying it or defending those who deny it is unamerican and illegal.
Van Hollen: "This case is not only about one man, as important as that is. It is about protecting fundamental freedoms and the fundamental principle in the Constitution for due process that protects everyone who resides in America."

The entire National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) team at SAMHSA was terminated today.

Do not listen to the platitudes of this administration when they say they care about drug overdose, addiction, mental health, or suicide.

This is the logic behind historical Jewish quotas, trans-exclusionary rules in sports, the Great Replacement conspiracy theory, and the anti-DEI (read: anti-Black) push in workplaces: life is zero-sum, white Christian men deserve it all, and anyone else succeeding is a failure of the natural order
"Last week, Vance said foreign students at elite U.S. universities are 'not just bad for national security,' but also 'bad for the American dream, for American kids who want to go to a nice university but can’t because their spot was taken by a foreign student.'"

A country that

Allies with dictatorships

Engages in rank corruption

Destroys its civil service

Ignores its own constitution

Sends migrants to dangerous camps in other countries

Undermines the rights of its citizens based on their demographics

Defunds independent research

Yeah.
Proponent of Bozo Arts, I see.

All these tough guys, talking endlessly about the return of masculine energy, beating up on trans girls & immigrants but scraping & bowing to the bully who is stripping them of their legal & democratic authority.

Every authoritarian is a coward. Every single one.
Evil.

USDOT is proposing to prioritize areas with high marriage & birth rates for funding.

Our new analysis @urbaninstitute.bsky.social shows this approach would produce a massive redistribution of transportation funding to rich, car-dependent, high white population areas.

“Bipartisan church service” is not a real thing. Ecumenical, yes. Bipartisan…is spoken like a true Christian nationalist.
