Very telling tonight on Question Time how much the Labour minister absolutely did not want me to talk.

Every time I even began a sentence he started to try and distract me.

It's not going to work on anyone.

While I think most literate people can be insightful and articulate in text form, if given enough time to collect their thoughts, it is a rare talent to be able to do that verbally, in real time, while responding to interruptions, hostile jibes or pointed questions and STILL get your point across.

The Express is furious about this because the moment you show those who repeat anti-immigration rhetoric the real human stories their narrative collapses.

The “immigrants” are people. Our friends, colleagues and family.

And it’s this nation of neighbours that is what makes Britain great.

#bbcqt please can someone correct the speaker who says people who are on a visa claim benefits and social housing? It's stamped on the permit that we can't.

It's only ever allowed in extreme cases

Thank you @zackpolanski.bsky.social for calling out #BBCQT for holding an immigration special - over a cost of living & climate special.

A proud GPEW member this evening after you setting out the positives of migration & the need to tackle route causes of devision - such as austerity.

Onwards.

Reform accepted £9 million from a former Boris Johnson backer & crypto-multimillionaire.

Today, Nigel Farage postures as a righteous defender of the same democracy he actively undermines.

Democracy should never be for sale. It's time for a cap on political donations.

I’ve mapped the entire “East Midlands hydrogen ecosystem” presented in last week’s webinar as an interactive SVG — from Shetland renewables to cracking ammonia at Kingsbury. It’s quite a journey.
