For a start, this will push a lot of independent couriers/Drivers like myself out of the market & allow the bigger placed firms who can swallow the financial cost to take over, this will increase costs & lower people’s choices.

The reason many “progressives” won’t confront what damage certain globalisation polices have done, is because they see it as giving legitimacy to the far-Right, (E.G Brexit, Trump,Farage etc ), even though the damages far predate the them.
