There's a certain irony of having to sign up from scratch to an internal locum bank that I've already worked 100 hours for, and calling that company "Clarity".

Just been informed by a friend that NICE has updated their steroid sick day rules.
So no more double dosing of steroids it seems.
Got to say this update completely passed me by!
Any endocrinologists aware of the reason for the change?

Rob Sitch and Utopia called it 5 years ago. Annoyingly can't find a clip from the show doing the same story line (conservation tunnel being not really used, then turns out it's a murder funnel)
I feel the bat conservation people should now definitely be paying for the entire tunnel (if not HS2 in its entirety)
