People wonder why there aren’t 1M people in DC. Everyone is protesting where they are! New Bedford (100K) & Fairhaven (15K) are having near-daily protests this week!
About 20 people protested outside the New Bedford police HQ in 15° weather just as the snowstorm arrived. Citing the aggressive tactics and recent killings of Americans by federal immigration officers, some said they don't want local police working with ICE @newbedfordlight.bsky.social

The fact that every right winger with influence screams "who is paying for all of this" tells you exactly how awash in cash they all are, and how much they rely on that to keep their movement afloat.

We don’t even have to speculate. The bare facts are that you cannot and should not trust anything coming from ICE, CBP, DHS, or this administration in general.

The last few years have seen the largest wave of immigration in American history. All those images we carry in our heads about people arriving at Ellis Island — we just surpassed that. Crime went down. Real wages went up. This is a fake problem. Enough is enough.
