Radicalised by cowardly, intolerant, far-right appeasing centrists. Don’t blame people for shouting when you refuse to give them a voice.
Had to retract my legit 7 letter starting word in scrabble due to the wife.

Well that’s a Christmas special I wasn’t expecting. Does Mick dress up as Santa for the festive disembowelling?

I swear by a snoozeband and a good audiobook to help me sleep. Listened to a great new (to me) horror podcast last night - Knifepoint Horror. Must have had half a dozen different nightmares as it leaked into my REM sleep.

My wife made me watch Gregory’s Girl last night - I hadn’t seen it since it came out (more or less) - what a great film. Tight, funny script, great performances and full of heart - up there with any John Hughes’s teen movie IMO

Mum was on TV again today, it the best version of A Christmas Carol (I’m biased) in her only speaking role. In some cosmic symmetry, she died over Christmas and I get to see her every Christmas

Garage was going to charge £450 to fix one of my car’s parking sensors that had been pushed into the bumper (lots of labour apparently). I bought a mini-sucker l tool, attached the sucker to a syringe and sucked the sensor back into place - result.

I don't really post anymore, but I would like to carry on writing books at some point in the future.

Hate to be annoying, but any chance you could retweet so old twitter followers can find me if they want to? Going to delete my twitter, or at least abandon it on lock and let it die a slow death.

With Right constantly weaponising Remembrance Day, it’s important to remember the soldiers who actually fought in WW2 kicked out Churchill and their elite, and instead voted for the most leftwing government we’ve ever had.

Went to #simplethings at Bristol last night - what a great festival at a great venue. Saw Adult DVD, Rich(ard) Dawson, Decius and Factory Floor (some of my favourite discoveries this year) - fab day. Back was aching after all the dancing. Will go again.

Got eye strain from all the eye rolling, reading countless U.K. commentators act shocked at how race is now discussed, while they’ve managed to entirely miss the vile dehumanisation campaign waged by the media against trans people, for the last 5 years.

It’s just like that story in the Twilight Zone movie, where there’s that fucking dumb child in charge of life-and-death everything.
Trump: "The restaurants were all closing, now you can't get into a restaurant. They're opening up new restaurants. It took 12 days for us. We sent in not politically correct military. We sent them in based on merit."

A valid criticism of communism (IMO) is that central planning is more brittle and prone to devastating mistakes, rather than many individuals making smaller economic decisions. But we seem to be at a similar place with insane, and insanely powerful, billionaires www.reuters.com/world/us/pet...
