Really? I found the opposite - never had any problems living in the US - often dealt with blocked loos here (as the man of the house who’s job it is to fix blocked loos)

Man - when my boys got to about 14, I found myself wandering around the house on a Saturday afternoon, gazing out of the window, wondering what to do with myself, after over a decade of doing stuff with them on the w/e. We are blessed to have them for that time.
