I screamed and startled my non-movie fan family when Mikey Madison won. I’m so shocked! She deserved it. That movie rests on her shoulders, and she showed so many dimensions as well as being charming as hell. I am over the moon with all the wins for my favorite 2024 film! #Oscars

I’m disappointed that Demi Moore won Best Actress at #SAGAwards. I recently saw The Substance and I don’t think the character had depth or personality. This feels like an award for wearing ugly makeup. Mikey Madison deserves it!!

Went to new food truck in the U District, La Argentina Bakery. Empanadas were only $5 each, and they have alfajores, one of my favorite cookies! Can’t wait to try more.

I was the last customer at my favorite place in the U District. Owners Mark and Picha are so kind - I always walked away with a little extra treat given to me for free. Look out for their food boxes at Ken’s Market and other markets!
