Oh yeah that ain't good!! With me, they started at 5mg which is the lowest dosage for ritalin. Now I'm up to 30mg and i feel okay add-wise.

Aah okay! Yeah every brain is different the way it takes meds but I think going lower and then slowly up sounds good! If you took full dosage right away your brain is in some sort of shock state because of the rapid change. That's why they gave me my different meds in 5mg steps

Ah damn, I am sorry to hear! I don't really know why you take it (probably adhd/add?) but I sit in the same boat as you, just with Medikinet/ritalin.
There is a diff between both, maybe talk to your doc about it!! I am doing way better on rit than on adderall I found out :0

My top five favorite Pokémon per Gen! Gen 9 wasn’t my favorite, and I HAD to make an extra spot for megas! I find it so interesting to see everyone’s favorites, so I had to do my own! I thought mine were (mostly) common favs, but that’s so not the case!
