- wheat products (bread basically)
- read meat
- animal fats
- high fiber raw fruits and vegetables (leafy greens, salads, etc.)
- irritants in general (spicy food, sauce, acidic condiments)

Tried super easy to digest recommendations from my IBS flare ups:
- microwaved fruit (apples, pears, etc.)
- pureéd carrot or banana
- baked potato with olive oil
- corn chips that were baked not fried (Salmas)
- warm tortillas
- turkey breast deli meat cooked
- chicken breast
- oats soaked in water
