The left buttonhole is handmade. It's known as a Milanese buttonhole (aka boutonnière Milanaise), not because the technique originated in Milan but because the gimp — a stiff thick cord onto which fine silk thread is wrapped — was originally of Italian origin but marketed as "La Milanese."

So like. What are we doing for a third meal? So far I can get it together enough to eat two. But figuring out a secret third thing has proven trés impossiblé. I keep extending meal 2 into more supping but it’s not cutting it. I feel like there is a limit on tacos and eggs and tinned fish.
