Deadlifted 90 lbs. Far from my best but a big, big sign of progress that I was able to do so with the right form. Maybe I’m finally getting somewhere!

Finally learning that when things suck, you’re allowed to still not be happy. You actually don’t have to minimize by comparing it to actual trauma and convincing yourself that you should be grateful it’s not that.

Every year since I've been involved with this Fightful Awards, I am blown away by the kindness of the community we have. People can be absolutely vile sometimes, but the support people give not only Fightful, but donate spots to causes and creators honestly warms my heart so much.
