❗️Russia canceled its first Russia-Arab summit because most of Arab leaders would not attend it.

The summit was supposed to take place on October 15, but a week earlier, it turned out that only acting president of Syria and Prime Minister of Iraq confirmed their participation.

Monrote in Ukrainian, takes up these interpretive subtitles, he rewrittes the intro with a voice imitated by Till Lindemann (probably via AI).
