Jim Gavin election posters all around Ireland like Easter Island stone heads. Who put them there? Nobody knows. What is their purpose? Perhaps astral guides for interstellar observers, perhaps a crude calendar by which the olden times people kept track of the seasons & feastdays. We can only guess.

To FF brass (and plenty of journos covering this) it's simply a gaffe too far, paying the money back at last *might* be part of Gavin's "taking steps to address the matter" but I guarantee it's never crossed the minds of Martin, Chambers and co at all

A small fire at the front of the bookshop was started last night after rubbish bags that were awaiting collection were set on fire. The guards don’t have reason at this time to believe it was a targeted attack. Thankfully the damage was limited and everyone is safe. We are open for business as usual

Went to one of those anniversary screenings of Goldeneye and it rules but it's hilarious that it's such an End of History, Cold War victory lap and the last lines of the movie are a Yank inviting Bond to Guantanamo and Bond saying "what's the worst that could happen?"

Infiniti uses her middle name as her surname. She was named after the Batman Forever (1995) character Chase Meridian, played by Nicole Kidman, and Buzz Lightyear's line "To infinity and beyond" from Toy Story (1995).
