One of a kind BR Standard Class 8 No 71000 'Duke of Gloucester' with the LSL Chairman's Train through Lancaster this afternoon. Alas, shortly after at Carnforth - it failed with a valve issue and was rescued by 37401.

Railcam.uk for running times from a location. Also has signal diagrams to narrow it down to exactly where a train is.

Ahead of the day I use Railadvent.co.uk to monitor what's coming up this month.

And most usefull of all friends who help each other.
