Hello everyone, I know it's been awhile but I'm back with my progress. It's been months since my last update and I just wanted to showcase what consistency and discipline can do for you. I'm much happier than I've ever been and I have only my work ethic to thank for that. Happy gains everyone.

Day 4 |
Took a longer break than I expected, back today though and I just using the punching bag for about 1 hours.

Trying to get back into the swing of things for this next week.

Day 3 |
Today I only did an hour and a half of cardio on the read mill, alternating between high speed low incline, and high incline low speed.

This helps kill water weight accrued from muscle repair.

Hoping to be feeling better to hit arms and back tomorrow.

Day 2 |
2 30 min intervals of jogging on treadmill
4x12 90lbs Abdominal rotations
2x12 100lbs bench press
4x12 Sit-ups
2x12 70 lbs chest press

A much smaller workout today but after the part few days I've been very tired. Will most likely only do cardio tomorrow.

4x15 60lbs weighted calf raises
3x12 135lbs Hip Abductor
3x12 90lbs Hip Adductor
