Went to a new dealership for my routine maintenance and……they didn’t pressure or use weird scare tactics to get me to fix/buy ANYTHING. 😮 Just straight up told me their recommendations with rationale, and said the quote is good for 30 days if I want to come back. Never experienced this 🥹

Tapping in to say if you’re an “emotional”, “empathetic”, “sensitive”, “introvert with extrovert ‘tendencies’” or just simply the person who no one listens to despite proven right, don’t give up and don’t change. Rather, harness and refine those strengths. Preaching to myself and those that relate.

If you pull up with a kid in tow when delivering to me, I will automatically, undoubtedly pay more than my 25% tip, every time. I already feel guilty about using the service, cause there’s absolutely no one doing that work “for the love of it”.

Euphoria 😌. Whatever this current weather’s known as here in NE USA, THAT’S my type. Lows don’t cross 60F, the highs don’t cross 80F, 45-50% humidity, 0 to minimal clouds and 0 precipitation. My skin, mood, productivity and sleep have all been in absolute equilibrium and I don’t want this to end 🥹

Agreed, even a “low maintenance & all natural” lifestyle is expensive. Taking good care of yourself inside and out is NOT cheap. I may not be spending $500 on makeup, but it’s cause $500 is going to natural/organic foods, nutritional supplements, quality skincare products etc…especially after 30 y/o

Through my experiences, I’ve seen how important it is to pay attention to the way we and others respond to variations of “But why?” It doesn’t matter if it’s a 3y/o to parent, patient to doctor, or constituent to elected official. The response reflects character. Being “challenged” is a tell all

Had the most successful “executive functioning tasks” day. All the emails, all the texts, all the calls, all the forms/registrations to complete, doing laundry, making meals and EVEN scheduled mental breaks in between that didn’t lead to any procrastination.

Why must prompt productivity breed more tasks that require further productivity?? 😩 This is why I prefer to complete most tasks at night, so the feelings of accomplishment lasts longer

Has anyone else been seen this new Netflix show “Hitmakers”? I’m surprisingly really loving this!! I hesitated cause I thought it was going to be another competition show, but it’s getting to see/hear them create multiple potential hit songs every episode based on the big artist they’re assigned to.

Am I the only person who feels like no matter how much I clean up my house is never clean?

I kept walking up and down the block thinking “surely it wasn’t stolen, people just break into cars, not steal them”. My 1st call was to my professor, not the cops, just begging them to believe me😂😂

I take in just enough of the “news” to stay informed without spiraling, but it’s mental gymnastics that’s BEYOND exhausting. Like, I literally tap out mid journal article all day. Everything is in shambles to the extreme. Genocide(s), climate change, human rights, healthcare policies, education etc.

I take in just enough of the “news” to stay informed without spiraling, but it’s mental gymnastics that’s BEYOND exhausting. Like, I literally tap out mid journal article all day. Everything is in shambles to the extreme. Genocide(s), climate change, human rights, healthcare policies, education etc.
I’m tired of jumping through hurdles to find fresh quality fish to cook and eat. I don’t want anything “farm raised”, nothing that’s been laying in a freezer for more than 48hrs and definitely no fish sold in a bag. I miss the Caribbean so much 😣

Besides the obvious, what gets me is that he gets pulled over by the cops at the 1 min mark, continues to talk till 1:17 and comes back 1:18 after the cop left to continue this ridiculous rant?!?! You had a moment to stop and think about it, and still thought this was a good idea to post smh

Swore a yard rodent tore up my kids’ inflatable water pool toy. (No proof, just me loathing rodents🫣). Today while cleaning the yard, a baby kitty was in the yard 🥺, just scared and definitely hot/dehydrated from this heat (our likely suspect). I put water in a bowl, and now I’m sure I own a cat 🙂↕️
