At the local Orff workshop today, I noticed that a student of mine had this printed on the back of their shirt:

“dear person behind me, the world is a better place with you in it. love, the person in front of you.”

I love this. More people in our world need to believe and act out this sentiment.

Phrygian tonality was on tap today in the infant room (amongst other tonalities). Triple meter was a feature within some of the activities experienced in the toddler room, and we pretended scarves were flowers in the PreK room today (sung in major tonality). #MusicEducation @umontana.bsky.social
