Maybe it's cynical of me, but a patient advocacy group advocating against patients receiving same/similar drugs from overseas feels like the opposite of advocacy. To me.

Also the optics of a patient advocacy group's board being peppered w/ folks from BigPharma & funded by BigPharma...
