Three days last week, on a big series for one of the streaming services. Currently checking my e mails regularly to see when my agency will have something else for me.

Hi Andy. Hope all is well with you.

A few years ago my wife and I had a city break in Bath. We took an open top bus tour around the city and environs. At one point, the guide pointed across the countryside and said, “that’s Solsbury Hill over there”. I nearly jumped off the bus and ran through the fields with excitement.

That’s my favourite non PG , Genesis album.

Leddin really confirming the Greens=Fine Gael on bikes trope.

10 also here. Mostly the obvious ones, including Close To The Edge, still the 500 pound gorilla of prog.

8 here. An awful lot of”best ofs” and compilations there. Caravanserai still a classic for me.

Yes, let’s hear it for some Irish rock.

I’ve discovered I like the “squelchy stuff”and I’ll have to chase up that album of Prince songs. Loved the Belfast/Belslow closer, music for a science fiction film.

Had a listen this afternoon, while raking my leaves (not a euphemism). This isn’t music I’m well informed about, but there’s plenty of good stuff to listen to. You’re the very opposite of a gatekeeper, you’re warm and welcoming on the radio and your love for what you’re playing shines through.

I appreciate that these reviews were written under pressure, with a deadline looming, but he hasn’t done himself any favours here.

Rosenstock rose to fame portraying Bertie Ahern as a lovable, mainly harmless, incompetent, a persona that bore little resemblance to the real man, but it was a persona bought into by many. MR is not and never has been a satirist. At best, he’s a moderately talented impersonator.

Morning Andy. Here we go again. Up and at it.

I’ve seen him live and on television. Came across as a very intelligent, sound guy. I know it is ridiculous to say, but I’m surprised and disappointed.

I’d like to see a poll to reflect the reality of the race i.e. two viable candidates. How many people will turn out, not only to vote for Gavin, but to transfer to other candidates? An unprecedented situation..

Strong Henry VIII vibes.

As a theatre person, I can confirm this is the case.

Well now. Searching the memory banks brings up a decent tally of those I’ve seen live; Peter Green, Jimmy Page, Tony Iommi, Mick Taylor, Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler. No Beck unfortunately and there might still be a chance to see David Gilmour, we’re both energetic young fellows 😎

A razor sharp analysis of the Gavin debacle. James Lawless is my local TD. At a rough guess, he’s about 20 years my junior. His “Dublin, Defence Forces, GAA, Fianna Fail” remarks make me wonder what century and what country he’s living in, because I don’t recognise it.

Thanks all. Very enjoyable, with a huge range of suggestions for inclusion.
