I watched the Copa Libertadores final, because I’d never seen a full South American club game, but there was an awful lot of diving, faking injury and nonsense. Disappointing experience.

I love the pub, but it is so expensive. I was chatting to a friend last night and we’re determined to have a couple of pints on Christmas Eve. Hopefully, there may be a few pub visits in December.

Very true. I am old enough to remember when the UK Top 40 countdown, was like the football results; “They’ve gone up three places, they’re just outside the Top 10, they’re at Number 5 for the fourth week running “. Shows like X Factor were the final nail in the coffin for all that.
