The Australian social media ban seems destined for fines against tech companies for failure to take "reasonable steps" to remove children. The difficulty is that to really identify all children--including children using their parents' accounts--you need draconian steps. 1/

Our Minnesotans are, let’s face it, big-hearted and humane and courageous in ways that set good examples for us all. I see their bravery reinforcing that of other Americans who oppose of turning USA into Stalag 17. (Bovine aimed for 17 but there’s a distinct Stalag 13 odor around him.)
I’ve never been prouder to be a Minnesotan.

Today's MAGA adherents who condemn "the left" have collectively(!) chosen to add words like "far" and "extreme" as modifiers to "left." But if everyone who's "left" or "leftist" is also "extreme" or "radical," why do you need to add the extra adjectives when you hate the entire category of "left"?
