I’m listening to this book currently and it’s pretty good if you want a beginners guide to the online manosphere say from 2018-2023. Things have really become extreme since then

I have follow up questions though. Is it just walking, or do you need to go a certain speed? I’m walking about 4,000 steps an hour, which is pretty slow mostly because it’s hot
