Has anyone purchased the membership for the Delta Sky Lounge? Was it worth it? I'm traveling more and and more and I'm really at a place where I want to travel more comfortably. (And stylishly haha) So I'm dying to know if anyone's taken the plunge and if it felt worthwhile!

Ezra is kneeling in head to toe leather (chaps and corset), crawling in sumptuous sun that perfectly illuminates their round derrière and soft skin. They tease you with a leather flogger and a knowing gaze.

Whether it's Chinese takeout on the hotel room floor, or a Michelin-star tasting menu, food is one of the greatest pleasures in life. My current restaurant dream dates here in New York City are Crave Sushi Bar, One White Street, Dirt Candy, and Hawksmoor. Who wants to get succulent together? 🦪🥂

I remain convinced that these type of numbers should be part of the public conversation around defunding police

We're paying to give them power and toys and then we're paying to clean up the mess they created with said power and toys

New York City has spent more than half a billion dollars in recent years settling lawsuits against the NYPD. A new report from the Comptroller's office finds excessive force complaints are concentrated in Black and Latine neighborhoods:
NYPD Use of Force Complaints Surged Under Mayor Adams—And You'll Never Guess Which Neighborhoods Had the Most
A new report from NYC Comptroller Brad Lander’s office finds that the neighborhoods generating the most complaints about police use of force are overwhelmingly Black and Latine.

I'd never say no to a book that comes with a free sugar daddy. 🤑 Another book from my reading list has arrived and as soon as I'm done with my current sci-fi series I'm digging into this one. 🍬

I got to see Chappell Roan last night and it was so amazing!!! Loved the vision, the vocals were impeccable, and super lovely crowd. Can't wait to see what she comes up with next. <3

If you needed a little boost to divest from either technology, this could be it! Transferring the contacts was a little annoying but switching calendars, drives and mailboxes was so easy. Now I'm off to start migrating all of @workinggirlspress.bsky.social 's data as well so we can also divest. <3

I have officially divested from Spotify and Google, because of the former's investment in AI military tech and the latter's deal with Isr*el to spread propoganda about the genocide. It was so much easier than I thought! Google was easily replaced with a combo of Proton + Cryptpad + DuckDuckGo.

I am a police and prison abolitionist - I believe in a future where we dismantle these two systems (as they are inhumane and ineffective) and replace them with different strategies for community care
mollybsimmons.bsky.social
We don't have to be obedient to the government, especially when they're actively trying to destroy our communities. Disobedience is a practice and a muscle we must train. When laws and systems are unjust, we have a moral obligation to humanity to throw a wrench in those processes whenever we can. 🏴

I think a lot of people live in fear, and that fear drives the way they choose to (or not to) make decisions. Living outside of the law, not even by choice but by the systematic negation and demonization of your labor, has given me a perspective I'm not sure I would have if I wasn't a sex worker.
mollybsimmons.bsky.social
I saw people who claim to have such beliefs, yet wouldn't take any subversive action when given the opportunity to do so with no consequences. I think it is a lifetime of sex work, breaking the law, of seeing laws treating people unjustly and cruelly, that has shaped me into the abolitionist I am.
mollybsimmons.bsky.social
Obviously as an abolitionist I know I live in a bit of an echo chamber, but I truly thought that there were more people out there who believed our justice systems were ineffective, cruel, and needed to be changed. Or rather, I thought there were more people who were willing to act on those beliefs.
