- knocked out power to home/workshop for at least 4 days during my busy season

It’s so hard to decide which luxury part I can afford to have looked at this year. On the one hand I do enjoy using my teeth to chew food, but also being able to see things clearly with my eyes is pretty nice? I live a very ✨glamorous✨ life.

Fucking hell. The front wall of my living room/office space appears to have water leaking in and the carpet and baseboards are wet. It’s basement level. I noticed a slight mildew smell a couple days ago but thought it was the leaky window that they said they’d fix, on a different wall.
