Spent 10 days in Palermo, Sicily. Now awake at 3 AM. Observations: 1) Italians are so helpful + friendly! They hate Trump, but don't blame us. Lots are worried for the US ("There will be civil war maybe, yes?")
2) Food and Wine really are that good!
3) Learned some new words. Trump's a bugiardo.

Fascinating to be in Italy. So far people from Italy, Scotland, Canada and France have expressed their horror, disgust and fear of Trump and the damage he is doing to the US and the world.

Wow, imagine. The entire world begged Donald Trump to lead the Department of Peace to end the war in Gaza, and he humbly agreed, "even though I am very busy". So gracious. So lacking in ego. What would the world do without him?
