Got the Sega Saturn core running on my FPGA system so now I can play that Tim Curry Frankenstein game.

Got the Sega Saturn core running on my FPGA system so now I can play that Tim Curry Frankenstein game.
My LG tv has lately been pestering me to update so it can add in AI garbage. Absolutely no way to disable the update prompts. So I set up parental controls on my router and blocked the TV from accessing the URL it gets updates from. Seems to have worked, no more annoying prompts popping up.

Got these cool headphones to go with my portable audio player and I was sure I’d seen the same make used as a prop in an 80s sci-fi movie like Terminator or Aliens but upon searching all I can find is an appearance in Solarbabies (1986)

Watching “A Merry Little Ex-Mas” and while it’s pretty terrible I do like that the daughter is dating a guy who is super into Harry Potter and everyone else in the movie absolutely derides him for it.

I’m just thinking of the children’s gravestones and the pediatric hospital wards that were blocked from using art of Disney-owned characters because they claimed it was important to be highly protective of the usage of their IP.
