The Varang and Quaritch romance in the new movie seems to have really captured people’s imagination. Lots of fan art. I found original movie to be a bit terrible but I’ve liked the sequels a lot. Insane levels of work has gone into them.

The 2010 BluRay is on the left. The other two are the new BluRay and 4K remasters.

Watched Batman Returns on 4K the other night and while the resolution and the Dolby Atmos mix sounded amazing they put this horrible sort of blue colour filter over everything that looked awful.

Probably the weakest one in the series but I still respect all these movies for being wildly different from each other. It’s like they’re all Halloween 3.
