For TIC, (at least on Tactician) they prioritize casting Ultima over everything else which is interesting. One focused (the objective to protect) and the other focused my other units.

You still need to end it quickly of course but there’s some room to breathe.

another thing is wearing Chameleon Robes so Wiegraf doesn't use holy sword attacks (his martial arts skills still hurt but not nearly as bad)

oof if I'd saw this earlier I'd recommend going with the tried and true of having Ramza on his squire job and constantly run away while using focus and the speed up, the buffs will carry over into the Belias fight and you can outspeed him and do good damage effortlessly
