I lived on a Midwest farm where we grew soy beans & I know all Red states don’t grow them. I was more reacting to the CBS News I watched that showed Portland & Chicago infiltrated by Gestapo, then a special on soy bean farmers having no market with China now. But… Trump is going to bail them out.

Me too.
We have a Coast Guard that has a system to take care of drug runners. A helicopter follows them, makes a loud announcement to stop for search, if no stop, they shoot in front of the boat to scare them. If no stop, they shoot the outboard motors and disable the boat.
Better than blowing up.
