My theory is any job where you can spend far too much time online breeds some sort of brain worm. Doubly so where the time online is not driven by a work/research need (ie. checking news which is probably how most of us ended up here having used the bird site to get breaking news).
This morning the office cleaner is listening to what I can only describe as a loop of someone shouting “WHERES THE RIOT?” into a 1980’s dictaphone. There is nothing musical happening. No beat, nothing but the voice.
