It's exactly the kind of area where the precise, technical clarity that chatbots are infamously incapable of is required, because the stakes are high and simple mistakes can lead to awful consequences

It would be easy for a chatbot to produce something self-incriminating, or worse, contemptuous of the court (which can lead to a criminal charge and possibly imprisonment), and a user may have no idea. There's no evidence that using a chatbot as a lawyer is any better than self-representation.
