i feel like the “spiritual awakening” to life coach pipeline exists because all of a sudden you realize you want to help
(what i realized though is that a 6 month program was grossly insufficient to deal with the real world challenges i could possibly face)

one thing I’m learning from my apprenticeship is that a lot of the neuroscience i see in social media is usually only partially correct and largely over extended
and I’m not saying I’m surprised at that
