Sync library is on in the app on windows but despite there supposed to be on on #iphone I can’t find it and cannot see any cloud music in either app

I saw Orioles there regularly in the late 80s and also LSW.
I felt very privileged to have been told about them by a birder I got to know through us both taking our lunch break at Ely Beet Factory.
Saw a Black Tern there and at the time had no idea what it was! That was my big hook.
