Just because something is the most important thing to your role doesn't mean it is the most important thing.

Sometimes we need to be aware and make sure we don't become black holes.

Have a great day 👍3/3

As their enthusiasm engulfs the time and efforts of those around them the job swells. A small area grows to become all encompassing, stealing time and focus from other areas.

Organisations are ecosystems not star systems. Their time and resources are limited. 2/3

The black hole of leadership.

Some leaders are incredible forces of nature. Their dedication, determination and energy are a wonder to behold. A singularity of productivity focused on achieving progress in their area of responsibility.

This is impressive but also often destructive. 1/3

If you have read Unlocking Teacher Development and enjoyed it then I would really appreciate it if you could write a short Amazon review. As a self published book it's never going to be top of the charts so reviews really help establish its authenticity. ,🙏
Unlocking Teacher Development is built on three fundamental pillars. These ideas are the secret sauce that support teachers to develop, no matter the methods the school chooses to use. They are:

Culture
Motivation
