To be level. Qatar is an ally of the US and helped broker the current agreement between Israel and Hamas. Isn't it an air training base to run training maneuvers with our armed forces? I know we trained Vietnamese military on US soil. Anyone want to provide clarity?

Why the delay?

Perhaps it's because Grijalva would cast the final vote needed to release the Epstein files.

Here in Portland, the recommendation is to have protests diffused throughout the city. I had a total knee replacement last Monday, 10/6. I plan to take a chair, and a sign, and place myself at the end of my block on a busy street on 10/18.

Trump's big, ugly budget megabill gave ICE more cops than the FBI, more jails than the federal Bureau of Prisons, and a larger budget than most countries' militaries. Once the bill is fully implemented, nowhere in America will be safe from Trump's secret police state.
