Journalists asking about the timing of the defence spending increase seem to have forgotten that it was in the last Labour manifesto, just the timescale wasn’t. Two weeks ago, Kuenssburg was badgering for a timescale. Obvious that Trump’s support for Russia now makes this necessary #Ukraine
