They are a news organization and I would think that it would be the opposite of being objective to not interview the key players in the administration that is running the country

damage done unfortunately, going to be hard to put the pieces back together. And I imagine a lot of the former staff will not want their jobs back, leading to more issues as they have to figure everything out
