Good morning 🥰🥰🥰

As we age, we realize life’s not about how fast we ran or how high we climbed. It’s about the love given, kindness shared, and meaningful joyous moments.

Take the time to enjoy even the littlest things.

Depends on where you put the start line. I was 12 when I really started to realize I was transgender. At college in the 90's, I began to self feminize. But it wasn't until I was 40 when I finally had physical and financial access to HRT and surgery

#nowwatching Thanksgiving (2023). A movie that is set in my hometown, so it is particularly painful how bad this movie is #filmsky #movies

Traveled to the cutest small New England town this morning to meet clients and have them give me a tour and host me for breakfast at local diner. I grew up in Mass and went to college in Vermont. I've always loved New England but this time of year it is particularly magical!

Today's thought: Everything is a new experience when you do it as the real you. It's a clean page, so write your story the way you want it to be read in later life...

Good morning 🥰🥰🥰

If you have the chance to make someone happy, be like Nike, just do it 🥰🥰🥰 Sometimes people are struggling silently. Your simple, free act of kindness may make their day.

Spread love instead of spreading lies 🥰🥰🥰

I grew up in a town where video games were illegal. But the general store had a secret backroom eity a contraband Donkey Kong machine for those who new the secret password.

I was such a dirty rebel in that backroom with my grape Crush soda in hand

Like many others, it was very hard for me to leave Twitter two years ago. I really loved my robust community there. But, as a trans woman it had become a very unsafe space for me. And once I was away from that platform, I finally saw just how toxic it really was. Absolutely no regrets.
I dragged my feet leaving Twitter, partially out of sheer stubbornness, but mostly because I didn’t want to lose the community I’d built. I now realize Twitter killed my community long before I’d left. I still mourn it, but there’s no going back.
I quit the former Twitter two years ago this week, and I am here to tell you that my online life got a lot better for having left it. In two years I've not been tempted to go back, and I haven't felt any penalty in either career or community for not being there. It's nice to be here and not there.

#nowwatching Planes, Trains, and Automobiles with my 17 year old. During the vibrating bed scene, she asked me “did motels really have those?“, and "what was the point of them? Was it a sex thing? " 😁

Told her that as old as she thinks I am, even vibrating beds were a little before my time.

I wish I hadn't avoided KPop Demon Hunters this long. I LOVED it!

And I can't lie. I watch this movie, and I see my struggle as a trans girl in my 20's in the 90's. So much of the theme resonates with me

Everything that could have gone wrong this morning did. From multiple tech issues with Zoom, to my client being unaware of my filing on their behalf, to the newspapers refusing to cancel my legal ad.

But, sometimes that's just how it goes. Sun is still shining. I'm still on the right side of soil
