As tens of thousands across America protest the violence that ICE sows with impunity, federal agents shot and killed another person in Minneapolis today.

ICE terrorizes our cities. ICE puts us all in danger. Abolish ICE.

If anyone is going to pull off an interior performance about grief, it’s Claire Foy. At times, a touch slow, “H is for Hawk” is a compelling film about loss, love, and finding yourself on the other side of grief. Full review below!

Y’all, it’s a big episode. And I wouldn’t want to talk about “Waitress” with anyone else. This film truly was the paradigm shift for me. Adrienne Shelly and her film came into my life at such a formative age, and it piqued my interest in women in film. Hope you all enjoy this ep as much as I do! 🥧💛
It’s our 100th episode! And to mark the milestone honorary co-host Chels Eichholz @chels725.bsky.social is back to discuss Adrienne Shelly’s 2007 film, “Waitress.” Episode is available now wherever you listen to podcasts!
